A native of Barbados, Tracy-Ann relocated to the Cayman Islands with her husband in 2008. Tracy-Ann has been navigating the world of people management for over twenty years, specializing in employee compensation, benefits, labor relations, immigration, and general HR Administration. Working and interacting with people is something she enjoys immensely. Tracy-Ann is very much a people first advocate, recognizing that an organization’s greatest assets are its people.
Tracy-Ann holds a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Liverpool, and the SHRM People Management Qualification. When not navigating the world of people management, she loves charity work, doing puzzles with her son and taking photographs.
