Sheila is a native Caymanian born on the beautiful Island of Cayman Brac. With a well-rounded and versatile HR background, Sheila brings extensive experience across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, HR systems and data management, payroll, and regulatory compliance.
In her current role, Sheila supports both recruitment and operational HR functions, acting as a vital link between candidates, employees, and leadership. Her collaborative, detail-oriented approach helps ensure smooth internal operations and fosters a positive employee experience at every stage.
Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, binge watching true crime, and going to the beach with friends and family.
