Ronan Horgan
Senior Recruiter
Ronan, and Irish native, originally from Cork, has moved into a Senior Recruiter role after starting with SteppingStones as a Recruiter in October 2022.
He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University College Cork, and this was followed by a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management while attending Loughborough University. Ronan has extensive recruitment experience and throughout his recruiting career to date, Ronan has always strived to effectively serve the needs and challenges of clients and candidates in a timely manner.
At SteppingStones, Ronan heads up SteppingStones Finance and he works closely with firms within the Industry to provide a quality matchmaking service.
Outside of work, you will most likely find Ronan on a pickleball court of some sort (always looking for new people to play!), playing football with friends, or on a beach playing his beloved ukulele.
