Team Leader

Niamh has moved into a Team Leader role after starting with SteppingStones as a Senior Recruiter in 2023. Originally from Manchester, UK she spent 8 years living and working in Auckland, New Zealand, primarily within the Financial Services industry, where she led the early career strategy and student programs for one of NZs largest banks. A champion of people experiences, she’s really passionate about building and developing the team, and her recruitment focus at SteppingStones is packed with variety, from Marketing and HR to Professional Services and Executive Search. When she’s not working, you can usually find her with her head in a book, exploring new bars and eateries or sipping on a glass of Chardonnay.

I would like to start off by saying that it has being an absolute pleasure working with SteppingStones and how lucky I was to have Ms. Luisa on my side through the entire process.
