Charlotte is a former barrister and specialist legal recruiter with a wealth of experience placing fee earners and legal support professionals in the Cayman legal market. She is highly regarded as an experienced, professional and knowledgeable legal recruiter with an extensive network of industry contacts.

Having spent six successful years at the Bar in the UK and a further four and a half years living and working in Cayman, Charlotte is uniquely placed to understand the needs of clients and candidates alike and prides herself on always providing an exceptional service.

Outside of work, Charlotte is an animal welfare enthusiast and is a committed volunteer at the Cayman Islands Humane Society. She enjoys all things active and loves spending time with her family and Cayman rescue pets.
