Web3 Client Services Manager

Description

We are working with a prominent Web3 client who are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Web3 Client Services Manager to manage and enhance their client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, support, and satisfaction.
  
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and decentralized applications, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  
Salary Range: US$120-150k
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
• Assist clients with onboarding processes, including wallet setup, smart contract interactions, and platform navigation.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to provide feedback and improve service offerings.
• Educate clients on Web3 best practices, security measures, and industry trends.
• Troubleshoot client issues and work with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
• Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns.
• Contribute to the development of FAQs, documentation, and self-service resources.
• Stay updated on the latest Web3 technologies, trends, and regulatory developments.

  
Requirements:

• Proven experience in client services, account management, or a related field within the Web3, blockchain, or fintech industry.
• Previous experience in a startup or Web3 company is desirable
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM tools, helpdesk software, and customer support platforms.
• A passion for decentralization, blockchain technology, and digital innovation.
