Vice President - Employee Benefits

Description

Our client is seeking a Vice President of Employee benefits to join their team in the Cayman Islands! If you are a broker with employee benefits experience, apply today. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create business development plans and initiatives 
  • Provide assistance to clients during claims processes, issues, and installations
  • Prepare and oversee insurance documents
  • Develop proposals and presentations related to employee benefits 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Significant broker experience 
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Insurance designation would be advantageous 
  • Experience liaising with C-suite executives
