Trust Officer

Description

Embark on an exciting journey with a visionary client in the Trust & Corporate services domain, based in the beautiful Cayman Islands.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out the day to day administration of varied portfolio of trusts and their related investment holding companies
  • Carrying out regular investment reviews
  • Reviewing trust deeds
  • Carrying out administrative tasks i.e drafting minutes/resolutions
  • Responsible for handling compliance related issues
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as required

  
Requirements:

  • Professional Trustee Qualification & a Degree in a Business-related field
  • 5-7 years post qualified experience in offshore trusts
  • Member of STEP is preferable
  • Strong working knowledge of corporate structures and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in; Microsoft Office Suite and Viewpoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
