Trust Officer
Description
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Trust Officer to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out the day to day administration of varied portfolio of trusts and their related investment holding companies
- Carrying out regular investment reviews
- Reviewing trust deeds
- Carrying out administrative tasks i.e drafting minutes/resolutions
- Responsible for handling compliance related issues
- Other Ad Hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Professional Trustee Qualification & a Degree in a Business-related field
- 5-7 years post qualified experience in offshore trusts
- Member of STEP is preferable
- Strong working knowledge of corporate structures and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in; Microsoft Office Suite and Viewpoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
