Join a forward-thinking Managed Services Provider based in the Cayman Islands, delivering innovative IT solutions across Cybersecurity, IT Support, and Hybrid Cloud environments. We’re looking for a IT Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID to support our growing client base. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining modern cloud infrastructure while working closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Architect, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID environments
- Resolve service-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Monitor and tune client cloud infrastructure for reliability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with other teams to align cloud solutions with existing systems
- Create and update documentation for technical processes and cloud architecture
- Continuously research and implement the latest cloud innovations and best practices
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
- Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory, Azure VMs, Storage, and Identity management
- Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly with PowerShell
- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
- Familiarity with cloud security, compliance frameworks, and operational best practices
- Bonus: Microsoft Certified – Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Sharp problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a collaborative team setting
