Senior IT Associate
Description
Provide local computer hardware and software support, with a focus on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, technical environment. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently. The Senior Associate will work as part of a team to provide support across various technologies, assist in training clients, and manage local IT infrastructure and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide local computer hardware and software support.
- Manage help desk and customer service requests, resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, and networks.
- Participate in national and local asset management, ensuring efficient use and maintenance of technology.
- Educate and train clients on IT systems and processes.
- Document and track service requests and resolutions in the call tracking system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal/external contacts to manage communication on service disruptions, outages, and technology changes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for specific technologies or business areas within the local office.
- Participate in or lead regional/local projects related to technology implementation or support.
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service skills, maintaining positive relationships with clients and peers.
Requirements
- Advanced technical skills in MS Office and Google Suite, including MS cloud services like OneDrive, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of technology service management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely
- Knowledge of network support and project management
- Strong client service focus with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Knowledge of asset management, network support, and project management is a plus.
