Senior Corporate Administrator | Contract

As a Senior Corporate Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering exceptional service. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on corporate governance, statutory obligations, and administrative matters.
What you’ll do
- Manage a portfolio of entities, including trusts, companies, and partnerships.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of statutory documents with the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies and other regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with the Cayman Islands regulatory framework, including anti-money laundering (AML) and economic substance requirements.
- Maintain corporate records, including registers of members, directors, and beneficial owners.
- Assist with board meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Liaise with clients, legal advisors, auditors, and government agencies to ensure efficient administration.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate administration within the financial services or legal industry.
- Professional qualification such as ICSA/CGI (Chartered Governance Institute) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands company law, regulations, and corporate governance principles.
- Proficient in corporate administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
