our Role: 

• Your role will see you responsible for managing registered office and board support services for a portfolio of key client companies, ensuring support is delivered proactively, professionally and to the highest standard. You are required to be highly responsive face-to-face, by phone and/or e-mail and to have a proactive attitude towards internal and external needs. 
• Your role will require that you actively contribute in maintaining and expanding business and help to maintain and improve Company operational procedures. 
• You will manage all registered office requirements for your portfolio, including incorporations, register creation, and document drafting.
• You will ensure statutory filing are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including liaison with local authorities as necessary.
• You will arrange for document execution and legalization as required.
• You will provide board support, including meeting coordination, collation and distribution of board packs, and drafting of board minutes.
• You will provide company secretarial support for ad hoc tasks which may be required from time to time by clients.
• You will proactively and efficiently manage all internal administration processes.
• You will participate in projects when required.

About You:

• Minimum of three years of relevant financial services or legal industry experience.
• ICSA (fully or partially qualified) preferred
• You have an understanding of AML/KYC and Compliance regulations.
• Extensive experience taking (fund) minutes. 
• Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good planning and time management/prioritization skills and are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and also to liaise with other departments.
• You possess solid proficiency with MS Suite of Products (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
