Senior Client Manager - Banking

Description

This role focuses on relationship management, driving deposit growth, identifying sales opportunities, and overseeing risk. Key duties include originating long-term mortgages, expanding credit offerings, conducting client presentations, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.

What you’ll do

• Maintain expertise in bank operations, systems, and products to align solutions with client needs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and regulatory initiatives.
• Prospect and acquire new clients through networking and cold calling to support deposit growth and wealth management.
• Conduct client interviews, process preliminary loan documentation, and discuss lending options.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, or Marketing, plus 5+ years in a Premier or Wealth Management role.
• Preferred: Wealth Management designation, CAMS or ICA certification.
• Strong experience in wealth management, credit analysis, personal mortgage, and consumer lending.
