Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Advising investment funds, managers and other financial services providers on all aspects of Cayman Islands regulations and frameworks
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of regulatory changes and developments and being able to provide sound, prompt advice to clients and colleagues
• Guide and support junior members of the team, and collaborate closely with colleagues in other legal teams, including in other jurisdictions

Requirements:

• At least 6 years’ post-qualification experience, gained in a leading law firm in the Cayman Islands, UK, Australia, NZ or Canada
• Be a financial services regulatory specialist with experience advising a range of institutions and stakeholders on regulatory matters
• Have a proactive, positive and professional attitude
• Possess an excellent academic record
