Sales Coordinator | Contract Role

Description

We’re seeking a Sales Coordinator to be the backbone of our client’s operations. If you thrive on efficient processes and seamless teamwork, this role is for you!

What you’ll do

  • Process orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy.
  • Liaise between teams and customers, addressing inquiries.
  • Assist in creating quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Manage customer database and generate insightful reports.
  • Monitor inventory and support sales team.
  • Organize events and manage logistics.
  • Utilize CRM software for effective customer management.
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline operations.
  • Contribute to sales performance analysis.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven sales support or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with sales processes.
  • Previous industry/product experience preferred.

This is a contracted opportunity, with strong potential to become permanent.
