Purchaser

Description

In this role, you will manage supplier relationships, source high-quality products, and ensure all inventory is aligned with customer demand.

What you’ll do

• Identify customer preferences and forecast product trends
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and quality
• Monitor stock levels and create purchase orders
• Ensure timely product delivery and compliance with contracts
• Analyze sales data to adjust purchasing strategies
• Work closely with Inventory and Warehouse teams to maintain efficient stock levels

What you’ll bring

• Associate’s Degree or higher
• 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Point of Sale systems (Counterpoint, AccPac)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Working schedule

• 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute paid lunch and two 15-minute breaks
• Up to 45 hours weekly, including Saturdays
