People & Culture Manager

Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as the People & Culture Manager. In this role, you will ensure that all HR related activities are carried out smoothly and effectively. as you collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Drive performance, engagement, and productivity improvements.
  • Execute P&C strategy in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Learning & Development.
  • Support senior leadership in performance management and employee engagement.
  • Oversee recruitment, compliance, and policy management.
  • Analyze and report P&C metrics.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of 5+ years in HR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • Proficiency in BambooHR and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Cayman Islands Labour Laws.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
