Operations Manager
Description
The Operations Manager will supervise day-to-day operations of the organization, whilst also driving sales in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support, managing inquiries and customer needs effectively.
- Oversee product ordering and procurement, including purchase orders and inventory tracking, while maintaining accurate records within the accounting system.
- Oversee daily operational activities within the facility, ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.
- Drive process improvements to enhance product quality and meet regulatory and customer expectations.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the team, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
- Monitor and control operational costs, capital requirements, and budgets, ensuring cost-effective processes.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand distribution channels, securing new accounts and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management o9r equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in a management role
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
