Office Manager - Contract

Description

We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client’s office and ensure everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
  • Organize company meetings, events, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in software/tools, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
