What you’ll do

  • Plan and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to reach diverse target audiences.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize impact.
  • Liaise with top advertising agencies and contractors to execute creative campaigns.
  • Develop cross-platform content strategies for websites, social media, blogs, and more.
  • Lead digital and social media campaigns, analyzing results to refine future efforts.
  • Partner with Retail, Wholesale, and Brand teams to design effective shopper marketing programs.
  • Oversee in-store promotions and visibility tools to enhance the customer experience.
  • Organize and manage trade shows, community events, and social gatherings that showcase the brand.
  • Be the face of the brand for internal and external communications, including public speaking and on-camera appearances.
  • Track key performance metrics, sales figures, and customer feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Maintain an up-to-date collection of creative materials, including photography, videography, and print assets.

What you’ll bring to this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Advanced copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience with graphic design and photography (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is a plus!).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, e-commerce platforms, and content management systems.
  • Expertise in social media and digital marketing
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
  • Creativity, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and on-camera interviews.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
