Inventory & Logistics Associate Manager
Description
Lead a team of Supply Planners responsible for the development, planning and implementation of supply plan for company, The individual will manage inventory (raw materials and finished goods) and customer service requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of supply chain planners responsible for creating and executing effective supply plans for the Company’s products.
- Analyze slow-moving materials and excess inventory, recommending and implementing corrective actions to optimize stock levels.
- Manage and resolve daily supply and inventory issues, addressing demand fluctuations and collaborating with customer service, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth communication and prompt solutions.
- Serve as the supply chain representative on cross-functional teams, contributing to business development, operational excellence, and capacity planning, while identifying process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in supply chain planning, logistics, sales, operations or finance
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and problem solve complex issues
- Ability to manage projects and/or process improvement initiatives with cross functional teams using influencing & leadership skills
- Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, Word, and ERP
