Description

What you’ll do

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Manage payroll changes such as overtime, promotions, and transfers.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including performance agreements and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Assist with HR projects, including training programs, employee engagement activities, and policy development.
  • Process employee benefits and manage requests related to pensions and health insurance.

What you’ll bring

  • Associate Degree in HR Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in recruitment, payroll, and HR systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of HR software being an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a confidential and professional environment.
