HR Consultant
Description
The HR Consultant will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, work permit processes, employee engagement, and general HR administration across multiple locations.
What you’ll do
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process, including work permits and relocation coordination.
- Handle work permit applications, renewals, and related processes.
- Coordinate visitors, employee engagement initiatives, and the leaver process.
- Maintain employee files and administer health and pension benefits.
- Provide administrative support and ensure compliance with HR policies.
What you’ll bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
