Our client, a large Financial Services organisation are looking for a Senior Finance professional to join the growing and dynamic team. You will also join an organisation that values you and its customers, wanting to positively impact on the community it serves.

Leading from the front and managing a small team you will also be responsible for…

• Leading the Finance team from a group level, supporting HQ and Branch offices.
• Analysis and reporting on Finance and Accounting activities across the business, including IFRS9, AML Regs and monthly reconciliations.
• Assisting the CFO with preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets and analysis.
• Supporting and leading the team, ensuring you provide technical guidance when needed.
• Liaising with both internal and external auditors to ensure information is provided quickly when required.

Ideally you will be or have:

• At least 5-6 years of strong experience at a senior or management level.
• Excellent developed experience within Financial Services, ideally banking or consultancy previously.
• Relevant qualifications such as CPA or ACCA alongside your experience.
• Knowledge of reporting systems, interpreting financial data, financial regulations and preparing relevant budget reports.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with stakeholders across the whole business, at all levels.
