Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

SteppingStones is working on behalf of client to assist them in identifying a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support their CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage the CEO’s calendar, email correspondence, and travel logistics.
  • Coordinate personal errands, vendor communications, and special projects.
  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and maintain organized documentation.
  • Act as a project coordinator, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Support social media management and community engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and seamless communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Social media and light design experience are a plus.
