Executive Assistant

Description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Senior Leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Superior time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Willingness to work beyond standard office hours when necessary to meet the demands of the role.
  • Strong relationship-building and teamwork capabilities.
