Digital Marketing Coordinator

Overview
Create engaging content, manage organic growth strategies, and run paid social media ads to build a strong online presence for the company. Manage the content calendar across various social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn whilst also handling email marketing campaigns and oversee the entire lead generation process from campaign creation to delivering qualified leads to the sales team.

Responsibilities: 
Social Media Content Creation & Engagement:
o Develop and manage the content calendar for all social media platforms,
focusing on engaging, visually appealing, and brand-aligned posts.
o Work closely with the in-house team to capture photos, videos, and reels
for organic posts.

Organic Growth & Paid Social Ads:
o Develop strategies for organic growth across all platforms, with a strong
focus on increasing followers and engagement.
o Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram,
TikTok ads) to drive targeted growth and generate leads

Email Campaigns & CRM Management:
o Design visually compelling email templates for campaigns
o Work alongside the team to craft eTective campaign frameworks, calls to
action, and promotional strategies.
o Manage email lists, segment databases, and implement workflows

Lead Funnel Management:
o Oversee the lead generation funnel from capturing leads to handing them
over to the sales team.
o Optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion tools to ensure
smooth, high-performing funnels.

Analytics & Reporting:
o Track and analyze the performance of social media content, email
campaigns, and lead funnels using metrics and KPIs.
o Generate reports on key performance indicators (engagement rates,
follower growth, conversion rates) to inform decision-making.

Brand Alignment & Team Collaboration

Requirements:
o 2+ years experience in managing social media for a brand
o Experience in creating visually appealing content (basic graphic design and video
editing skills).
o Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and experience with paid
social media campaigns
o Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp) and CRM systems
(Unsightly CRM, Monday.com).
o Ability to manage end-to-end lead funnels, including lead capture, nurturing, and
handoT to sales teams.
o Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize
campaigns accordingly
o High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for driving marketing initiatives.
