Corporate Administrator

Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including companies and exempted limited partnerships, while delivering high-quality administrative and compliance services.

What you’ll do

  • Manage internal and external day-to-day correspondence efficiently.
  • Routinely update client files and maintain client data management systems.
  • Perform compliance tasks, including risk assessments, periodic client reviews, and due diligence updates.
  • Oversee the registration and administration of companies and exempted limited partnerships.
  • Prepare and/or review incorporation and partnership formation documents.
  • Handle transfers, strike-offs, and dissolutions of companies and partnerships.
  • Provide company secretarial services.
  • Review financial statements as needed.
  • Manage billings and receivables, liaising directly with clients.
  • Collate and organize information for projects and meetings.
  • Attend to filings with relevant regulatory bodies, including the Registrar of Companies, CIMA, and the Department for International Tax Cooperation.
  • Collaborate with other service lines within the firm.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local and international laws and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll bring

  • An internationally recognized professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, ICSA, STEP) or progress towards a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling registered office and corporate services in an offshore environment.
  • Knowledge of AML and client acceptance procedures.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulatory requirements, including Beneficial Ownership, AEOI/FATCA/CRS, and Economic Substance.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
