Our client, a leading real estate company, is seeking an energetic and strategic Content and Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of their social media presence, email marketing, and lead generation. This is a unique opportunity to work in the dynamic real estate industry while making a measurable impact on the company’s digital presence.
As the Content and Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll lead the charge on all things social media, email marketing, and digital advertising to drive engagement, grow the audience, and deliver qualified leads to the sales team. Working closely with creative and sales teams, you’ll ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice—positive, relationship-driven, and forward-thinking.
What you’ll do
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, focusing on engaging and visually appealing content. Capture real estate moments through photos, videos, and stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Organic Growth & Paid Ads: Build strategies for organic growth across platforms and run paid ad campaigns to drive leads and follower growth. Utilize SEO and hashtag strategies for maximum discoverability.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Design and send branded email campaigns via Mailchimp, manage email lists, segment databases, and keep campaigns aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Lead Funnel Optimization: Oversee and optimize lead funnels to convert prospects into qualified leads. Use tools like landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion tools to enhance effectiveness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates, to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Trend Monitoring: Work closely with the team, sharing creative ideas and staying updated on trends in real estate, social media, and digital marketing.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Ads).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Proficiency with email marketing (Mailchimp) and CRM platforms (Unsightly CRM, Monday.com).
- Strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork mentality, and high energy.
- Real estate industry experience or interest is a plus!
