Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst on behalf of our client to support the Head of Information System, Development & Support in managing, analyzing, and distributing Labour Market Information. This role is pivotal in enhancing the functionality and impact of our client’s systems, which handles a range of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage Labour Market Information to influence strategic decisions and optimize system processes.
- Conduct business requirement analyses and support feasibility studies for process improvements.
- Develop workflow charts, system modifications, and diagrams to enhance system capabilities.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Promote data-driven insights through actionable reporting that highlights trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models.
- Continuously improve processes by staying updated on IT advancements and optimization strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Research & Statistics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years’ experience in management information collation, analysis, and dissemination.
- Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Labour Market Information Systems, database management, occupational analysis, or website administration.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in modernizing systems and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Proven capability in fostering collaboration, delivering results, and building team capabilities.
