Assistant Operations Manager

Description

Our client is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join their growing team! This role will report to the COO and is vital for the smooth operations of their company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the company
  • Oversee the administration of pension plans and insurance policies 
  • Supervise and support a team of administrative and operational staff, providing training as needed
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate professional development opportunities 
  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards 
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree
  • 4+ years of experience in pension administration and/or finance 
  • 4+ years of experience in a management role
  • Exceptional teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office
