Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator with proven experience to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by handling administrative tasks, supporting team members, and maintaining effective communication. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the office environment is well-organized.
  • Assist in managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (electronic and physical).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and event planning as needed.
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Support ongoing projects by providing administrative oversight, tracking deadlines, and preparing necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with office management software is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent data entry and filing skills
  • Positive attitude, confidentiality, and reliability in handling sensitive information.
