Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator with proven experience to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by handling administrative tasks, supporting team members, and maintaining effective communication. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the office environment is well-organized.
- Assist in managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and event planning as needed.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets.
- Support ongoing projects by providing administrative oversight, tracking deadlines, and preparing necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with office management software is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent data entry and filing skills
- Positive attitude, confidentiality, and reliability in handling sensitive information.
