We’re on the lookout for a skilled and tech-savvy individual to join our clients team as a Device Repair Technician. What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and resolve issues in laptops, desktops, smartphones, and other electronic devices
  • Carry out hardware/software repairs, system checks, and preventive maintenance
  • Use diagnostic tools and testing procedures to pinpoint faults with accuracy
  • Follow technical diagrams and documentation to execute repairs and installations
  • Communicate clearly with customers about technical issues and solutions
  • Keep detailed service logs, including repairs performed and parts used
  • Follow company safety and quality standards at all times
  • Work closely with colleagues to streamline service delivery and boost team productivity
  • Keep up with the latest advancements in repair technology and techniques
  • Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years’ practical experience repairing electronics, mobile devices, or computer hardware
  • Familiarity with internal hardware components and troubleshooting tools
  • Comfortable working with both PC and Apple systems; mobile OS experience (Android/iOS) 
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or fast-paced repair environment is beneficial
  • Skilled in using soldering tools, multimeters, and diagnostic software
  • Ability to read and interpret technical resources such as service manuals and schematics
