Are you a dedicated ‘Finance SME’ with significant experience in Financial or Legal services?

Our client, a reputable global financial services firm, are hiring a Finance expert at the Manager level to join their expanding team! Known for being ethical and providing an excellent service, they are offering a competitive base salary and exciting benefits!

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the finance function including teams such as reporting, budgeting, accounts payable and management accounting.  
• Effectively reporting whilst adhering to IFRS regulations, completing balance sheet reconciliations and preparing monthly management accounts reports.
• Assisting with the group financial budgets, external audits and the preparation of financial statements, including analysis and monitoring of the firms’ costs.

Ideally you will be or have …

• A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA,ACA, CPA, ACMA) with at least 6-7 years of Finance experience in a similar financial services environment.
• A solid technical expert with fantastic management accounting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills with those at all levels, including non-finance professionals, across the business.
• A ‘mentor’ and supportive attitude towards managing a team, and previous experience of implementing staff training / development initiatives.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines, managing relevant projects, making sound decisions and providing in-depth monthly reports and analysis.
