HR Contract | Immediate Start
Description
Please note, this role is only open to Caymanian applicants or those with existing rights to work.
What you’ll do
- Manage all Immigration administration needs
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records (e.g., contracts)
- Update internal databases with onboarding and offboarding information
- Manage payroll data and liaise with Accounting
- Publish and manage job advertisements
- Schedule and coordinate job interviews
- Handle enrollments and terminations for health insurance and pension plans
- Assist in planning employee events and recognition programs
- Respond to employee queries about benefits, payroll, and company policies
- Support HR audits and compliance tasks
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., job fairs)
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience as a P&C/HR Administrator, Office Administrator, or similar role
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
