Corporate Services Manager
Description
This senior role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the management and administration of an extensive portfolio of clients, including companies, exempted limited partnerships, holding companies, and private client structures, while contributing to strategic business development.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the ongoing management and administration of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage company and partnership registrations, strike-offs, dissolutions, and transfers.
- Provide technical assistance, expertise, and training to internal teams and junior staff, including developing training materials and corporate training programs.
- Assist senior management with business line projects, policy and procedure implementation, and reporting.
- Deliver company secretarial services and review financial statements as required.
- Manage billings and receivables, maintaining direct communication with clients.
- Handle regulatory filings with relevant authorities, including the Registrar of Companies, CIMA, and the Department for International Tax Cooperation.
- Collaborate with other service lines to ensure seamless corporate operations.
- Identify growth prospects, referral opportunities, and cross-selling potential, actively participating in business development initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or an internationally recognized professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, ICSA, STEP).
- At least 5 years of extensive and relevant experience in handling registered office and corporate services offshore in a similar role.
- In-depth industry knowledge in corporate services, including AML and client acceptance procedures.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulatory requirements, including Beneficial Ownership, AEOI/FATCA/CRS, and Economic Substance.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing personnel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
