Senior Accounting Analyst, Digital Assets

We are partnered with a leading financial services firm looking to add a Senior Accounting Analyst to their ranks
 

Overview
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Client Accounting, delivering top-tier accounting services focused on digital assets and emerging technologies for their fund clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insights and value to clients, emphasizing digital asset investment strategies through venture capital and tokenized structures.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by upholding client values.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring outstanding service and high client satisfaction levels.
  • Mentor and guide accountants and administrators, fostering a supportive growth environment in local and remote offices.
  • Review or prepare accounting and administrative functions per procedural guidelines.
  • Review or prepare financial statements following IFRS or US GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to validate evidence controls and address any inquiries.
  • Oversee wire payments to clients’ banking partners or via approved methods.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, processes, and policies.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Resolve daily service issues as directed by leadership.
  • Stay informed on AML regulations, IT policy, and GDPR compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Accounting to refine and define future strategies for digital assets.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience with leading accounting software, such as Allvue and Geneva.
  • A strong interest in Digital Assets, Venture Capital, and Tokenized Structures.

Salary on offer is up to US$85k plus bonus, benefits & relocation package where applicable.
