Analyst - Contract

Description

Support the Head of Information System, Development & Support in managing, collecting, and distributing internal and external information.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct business requirement analysis to support internal systems.
  • Coordinate research for strategic and business planning.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing solutions for business process improvements.
  • Stay updated with IT advancements and optimization strategies.
  • Create workflow charts, design modifications, and system diagrams.
  • Identify and improve controls, practices, and procedures.
  • Develop actionable and repeatable reporting to highlight business trends.
  • Review processes using operational metrics and prepare progress reports.
  • Track project milestones and resolve issues.
  • Support resource requirements and develop cost estimates.
  • Work with a wider team to improve processes and undertake ad hoc duties as needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Research & Statistics, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in management information or statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in Labour Market Information Systems, occupational analysis, or database management.
  • Proficient in UNESCO/ILO’s classifications and website administration.
  • Strong customer service and financial control skills.
