Legal Secretary

Description

This role involves providing comprehensive legal administrative and secretarial support to Partners and fee earners.

What you’ll do

  • Produce, file, and archive legal documents; ensure accuracy and adherence to firm standards.
  • Prepare presentations, pitches, and client materials; conduct research as needed.
  • Manage email, telephone, and document systems, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Process expenses and assist with preparing client bills in collaboration with the Finance Team.
  • Support other practice groups and jurisdictions when required.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare itineraries, client information, and resource materials.
  • Maintain and update contact databases; prepare briefings and pitch documents.
  • Record and confirm meeting details in CRM systems and assist with event logistics.

What you

  • Relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, professional, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
