Office Manager - Contract
Description
We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client’s office and ensure everything runs smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
- Organize company meetings, events, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in software/tools, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
