What you’ll do

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting job descriptions to welcoming new team members.
  • Performance and Growth: Support performance management systems, guiding managers and staff through annual assessments and development planning.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Assist in payroll accuracy and manage benefits administration, ensuring smooth processes for our team.
  • Exciting HR Projects: Contribute to initiatives like policy development, team-building programs, health and safety plans, and training opportunities.
  • HR Administration: Maintain organized HR records, generate reports, and provide timely data to support decision-making.

What you’ll bring

  • Qualifications: An Associate Degree in HR Management or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR, including recruitment and HR systems.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experienced with HR software. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
