Property Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Manager to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Property Manager or Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional property management services. This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio, including commercial, residential, and/or mixed-use properties.
• Ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and financial performance of the properties.
• Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, investors, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on property performance, budgets, and key metrics.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage property budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
• Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and arrears management to ensure consistent income flow.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective measures for compliance gaps.

Requirements:

• Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
• Chartered Property Manager or Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) would be an advantage 
• 5+ years experience as a property manager or similar 
• Proven experience managing large and/or complex property portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.
• Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with property law, lease management, and compliance standards.
