What you’ll do

  • Conduct due diligence checks on employment contracts.
  • Oversee the scanning and electronic filing of agreements, with the support of a part-time intern.
  • Provide administrative assistance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare new hire packages and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and correctly filed.
  • Maintain and reconcile employee leave and attendance records.Assist in the scheduling, preparation, and evaluation of training sessions.
  • Work with supervisors and managers to develop SMART performance objectives for 2025.
  • Assist in researching and tracking HR trends and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of the employee reward and recognition program.

What you’ll bring

  • Prior experience in an HR support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
