What you’ll do
- Conduct due diligence checks on employment contracts.
- Oversee the scanning and electronic filing of agreements, with the support of a part-time intern.
- Provide administrative assistance throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare new hire packages and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and correctly filed.
- Maintain and reconcile employee leave and attendance records.Assist in the scheduling, preparation, and evaluation of training sessions.
- Work with supervisors and managers to develop SMART performance objectives for 2025.
- Assist in researching and tracking HR trends and best practices.
- Support the implementation of the employee reward and recognition program.
What you’ll bring
- Prior experience in an HR support role is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
