Senior Accounts Payable Adminsitrator
Description
This role involves monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining confidentiality.
What you’ll do
- Process invoices and payments, ensuring policy compliance
- Allocate charges to the correct GLs and cost centers
- Reconcile data across systems and maintain financial documents
- Prepare expense reports and manage credit card transactions
- Review and approve expenses, resolving vendor disputes
- Prepare financial reports and conduct document audits
- Assist with implementing new processes and present AP reports as needed
- Perform inventory counts and other duties as required
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or similar Finance role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Business Central, and Counterpoint SQL
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with accounting principles
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
