Senior Accounts Payable Adminsitrator

Description

This role involves monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining confidentiality.

What you’ll do

  • Process invoices and payments, ensuring policy compliance
  • Allocate charges to the correct GLs and cost centers
  • Reconcile data across systems and maintain financial documents
  • Prepare expense reports and manage credit card transactions
  • Review and approve expenses, resolving vendor disputes
  • Prepare financial reports and conduct document audits
  • Assist with implementing new processes and present AP reports as needed
  • Perform inventory counts and other duties as required

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 4+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or similar Finance role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Business Central, and Counterpoint SQL
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with accounting principles
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
