Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Head of Corporate Services to lead our client’s corporate management operations in the Cayman Islands. The successful candidate will oversee the administration of corporate entities and the Corporate team.
  
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, managing a team of professionals, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate services, a deep understanding of Cayman Islands law, and strong leadership and business development skills.
  
Salary: Up to US$150k
  
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate services
• Experience in Trust would be a bonus
• In-depth knowledge of Cayman Islands regulations and global fiduciary standards.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., STEP, ICSA) are preferred.
