Administrator

Description

Opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client’s firm, and support the day-to-day operations. 
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate teams.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for senior staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by preparing necessary documentation and managing official records.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Assist with project coordination, tracking progress, and following up on deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Qualifications in business administration, office management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
