Finance Manager

Description

Reporting to the Group CFO, this full-time role manages the day-to-day finance function and plays a key role in supporting the executive team with financial insights and performance metrics.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of business transactions for the client and its entities
  • Develop dashboards and KPI metrics to support executive decision-making
  • Oversee daily finance operations and manage workload distribution
  • Mentor and develop Finance team members, creating formal training plans
  • Streamline and automate processes, reducing duplication and resolving disputes
  • Implement cross-training to ensure knowledge coverage across the team

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles or financial services
  • Accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, CA)
  • 5+ years’ experience with QuickBooks or similar multi-user accounting systems
  • Experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly and ethically
  • Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Proven leadership and team management in a fast-paced environment
