HR Consultant

Description

The HR Consultant will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, work permit processes, employee engagement, and general HR administration across multiple locations.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with recruitment, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including work permits and relocation coordination.
  • Handle work permit applications, renewals, and related processes.
  • Coordinate visitors, employee engagement initiatives, and the leaver process.
  • Maintain employee files and administer health and pension benefits.
  • Provide administrative support and ensure compliance with HR policies.

What you’ll bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
