Head of Trust & Corporate Services

Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Trust and Corporate Services to lead our client’s fiduciary and corporate management operations in the Cayman Islands. The successful candidate will oversee the administration of trust structures, corporate entities, and wealth management services for a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, managing a team of professionals, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trust and corporate services, a deep understanding of Cayman Islands law, and strong leadership and business development skills.
  
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in trust and corporate services.
• In-depth knowledge of Cayman Islands regulations and global fiduciary standards.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., STEP, ICSA) are preferred.
