Vice President - Employee Benefits

Our client is seeking a Vice President of Employee benefits to join their team in the Cayman Islands! If you are a broker with employee benefits experience, apply today.
Responsibilities:
- Create business development plans and initiatives
- Provide assistance to clients during claims processes, issues, and installations
- Prepare and oversee insurance documents
- Develop proposals and presentations related to employee benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Significant broker experience
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Insurance designation would be advantageous
- Experience liaising with C-suite executives
